Job Summary:
The Table Games Dealer shall be responsible of dealing assigned table games while creating a fun, exciting, entertaining environment with service that exceeds the guest expectations. Must adhere to all Table Games Department policies and procedures. All functions will be performed within the guidelines of the Saracen Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Demonstrates working knowledge of dealing policies and gaming procedures.
- Sustain friendly, supportive and enthusiastic attitude towards guests.
- Displays positive acceptance of demanding scheduling needs.
- Create teamwork by performing all dealing functions in a professional and accurate manner.
- Assists in maintaining a spotless environment by disposing of any cups, glasses or bottles left behind by guests.
- Adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies in a professional manner.
- Adheres to company attendance and uniform appearance standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
- At all times acts as a role model and always presents oneself as a credit to Saracen Casino Resort and the Table Games Department.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age or older upon employment.
- High school diploma or its equivalency required.
- Must pass a Table Games audition demonstrating adequate dealing skills.
- Must successfully complete and pass a math aptitude test.
- Must possess and utilize excellent customer service skills.
- Must be able to get along with co-workers and adhere to all Supervisor/Manager directives.
- Must present a well-groomed, professional appearance.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License.
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills required.
- Requires an individual with a high degree of professionalism and the ability to work well on all Table Games. Must work effectively with others, on a consistent basis.
- Provides exceptional customer service to all patrons and communicates in a pleasant, friendly and professional manner at all times.
- Must be procedure oriented, and able to take direction and handle all Dealing tasks effectively.
- Ability to communicate all irregularities to their Supervisor/Manager on a consistent basis.
- Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues.
- Duties, responsibilities, requirements and expectations pertaining to this job are subject to change as needed. Hours are determined by a daily/weekly schedule.
- Work nights, weekends and holidays as required.
- Employment is contingent upon a favorable outcome of a background investigation and drug screening.
